For this week’s health and well-being, we’ve set you some tasks to help you with the transition from Year 5 to Year 6. Year 6 is a fantastic year and we know you’re all going to love it, but please take some time to go through the PDF slides and complete the activities.
Well done for completing the transition activities above, now here are some more activities to help you and your new teacher for September.
Write a letter or draw a picture of yourself with a sentence about you for your new class teacher. You can bring this with you on the first day in September.
Create a Worry Doll/Worry Monster/Worry Warrior – you could make one of these that you can tell any worries to and it can be used the night before your first day in September.
